The Bronzo is like a teenager, young and sharp, energetic and with clear ideas for the future. This is why it has a classic, smooth taste, a rounded aroma and a medium-low density that makes it excellent for everyday use on salads and cooked and raw vegetables, roast meats, carpaccio and boiled meats, poured in small drops on risottos, caprese salads with buffalo mozzarella, fried vegetables, fresh strawberries and homemade ice cream.
