INGREDIENTS:
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP made using selected grape must and our own wine vinegar, aged in barriques.
The Argento is like fully grown man, in the prime of his life, with the appropriate experience and strength. It has a classic and intense flavour, a pungent and balanced aroma, and a medium density that makes it suitable for vegetable salads, omelettes, caprese salads with buffalo mozzarella and tomato, roast meat, grilled fillets, mature cheeses, Parmesan cheese, carpaccio and boiled meats. It also goes well poured in small drops over risottos, fried and battered dishes, frozen mousses and fresh fruit salads.
